Azotobacter – Technical
Azotobacter is a free-living, nitrogen-fixing bacterium that plays a vital role in sustainable crop nutrition. It enriches the rhizosphere by fixing atmospheric nitrogen and converting it into a plant-available form, reducing the dependence on synthetic nitrogen fertilizers. Azotobacter also produces biologically active growth-promoting substances such as auxins, gibberellins, and vitamins, which accelerate plant growth and improve soil fertility.
